Biennial Update

Get your biennial update filed swiftly and affordably by highly experienced and qualified professionals Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration( FMCSA) requires all entities under its jurisdiction to update their information every two years or anytime there is a change in the information from your prior filing. You are required to provide this update every two years even if your company has not changed its information, has ceased interstate operations since the last update, or is no longer in business, and you did not notify FMCSA.

UCR (Unified Carrier Registration)

UCR is a state revenue program imposed on motor carriers and mandated by the federal government. According to the UCR program, all motor carriers (for-hire, private, and exempt) and brokers, freight forwarders, and leasing companies operating in interstate and international commerce are required to file for UCR with their respective base state and pay an annual fee. UCR is a base state program, which means every business subject to UCR requirements deals with the state in which it is based – (commonly the state in which the business has its principal place of business) for UCR purposes. The annual fee charged by the UCR program is based on a bracket system depending on the number of vehicles you operate. As a licensed and insured third-party administrator, we can file for and process UCR applications on behalf of motor carriers.

USDOT Number

  • They are engaged in interstate or intrastate
  • Operate Vehicles more than 10,000 pounds
  • Transport 9-15 passengers (including driver) for compensation
  • Transport 16 or more passengers (including driver) not for compensation.
  • Transport hazardous materials (HazMat)

Please note, the DOT process takes approximately one hour and 20 minutes to complete the application. Please contact us to schedule a time -- please leave your phone number.

If none of these apply to your business, you may only register with your local jurisdiction (state office) instead of filing a USDOT number.

Drug and Alcohol Consortium

If you have a CDL license, you must belong to the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. If you are an independent operator and are not sufficient to have your drug and alcohol program, you have to belong to a drug and alcohol consortium. We are an authorized drug and alcohol consortium.
